License

FoxLava POS device licenses are per device seat. Lifetime licenses do not expire; subscription plans renew per their period. Licenses may not be shared across devices.

Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense or attempt to extract the software, probe the service's security, or use it for unlawful activity.

Data

Your business data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service as described in the privacy policy.

Warranty & liability

The software is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
