Software for shops that cannot stop

FoxLava POS started from one belief: a store should never lose a sale because somebody else's server had a bad day.

Our principles

  1. Checkout never depends on the internet. A register sells from its own database, full stop.
  2. Speed is a feature. The scan path is measured in microseconds, not spinners.
  3. You own your software and your data. Lifetime licenses and local databases — the cloud serves you, not the other way round.
  4. Open hardware. Documented protocols instead of locked-in devices.
  5. International by default. Any currency, any language, correct taxes, RTL throughout.

One app, many roles

The same application runs the cashier lane, the StoreHub, the customer display, the waiter tablet and the kitchen screen. A device simply picks its role at setup — which is why a tiny shop and a multi-lane supermarket run the same software.

Meet the product, not the pitch
