This template describes how a FoxLava POS deployment handles personal data. Replace it with your company's own policy before going live.

What we store

• Account data: name, email and password hash of business owners and staff accounts.
• Business data: products, sales, customers and settings your business records in the system.
• Technical data: device identifiers required for licensing, and server logs kept for security.

What we never store

Card numbers or payment credentials. Card payments are processed by certified payment terminals outside FoxLava POS.

Where data lives

Your registers keep a local database in your store. If your plan includes cloud features, data syncs to our servers for dashboards, backups and reports.

Your choices

You can export your data at any time and request deletion of your account. Contact us at the address on the contact page.
